Why are we doing this survey?
This survey aims to find out about current practices around gestational weight management and screening for gestational diabetes across four countries- The UK, Spain, Ireland and Australia. We are also gathering information about changes to practice during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Who can take part?
We are inviting health care professionals including obstetricians, midwives, dietitians and endocrinologists who work in maternity care and who are involved in the management of weight and gestational diabetes, to take part.
What is involved?
This is a single survey and takes around 15 minutes to complete. It is possible to complete the survey in more than one sitting - you can request an email link to return to your data. Responses will be anonymised before analysis and reporting.
Who is conducting this survey?
This work is being carried out by researchers in the UK on behalf of the Impact Diabetes Bump2Baby and Me study. Professor Jane Norman, Dr Christy Burden, and Dr Anna Davies are leading this research at the University of Bristol, UK. We are working with the following partners:
